That place...

Good morning to sunshine. The morning after a long, late day. The relief of reaching the top of the hill. The time to think along the way. Fog like pea soup! I climbed above it! And looked out over the top. To find sun shining above it all.

At home for me waiting. Tea, toast and warmth.

Amen to such things! To prayerful meditation, while overlooking vast sloping valleys, or just a humble tea cup.

Amen indeed.

  1. That is one of the most beautiful photos I have ever seen Shell, thank you for taking it/sharing it and your thoughts with the world : )

Isn't it so true, that above the darkest, coldest, foggiest moment in our lives, the sun shines resplendent and glorious whether we can see it or not.

You surely have captured a glimpse of heaven's pure delights in that photo Shell, a beautiful reminder of the great love our Heavenly Father has for each one of us and the light He so graciously provides to bless us all.

    love you Shell xxx

I would have loved to be atop that mountain overlooking the fog and savour scrumptious toast and warm tea afterward.

Thanks for sharing a beautiful day with us. xoxo

  4. Amen amen! How I would love so much to join you for tea and toast sometime soon; even catch a train down for a day - we can have tea and maybe a little art and craft... and that fog is glorious.
